Instant, automated delivery

Tebex queues the order the moment payment clears, and the server picks it up on its next check — about two minutes. You don’t even need to be online.

We never see your card

Checkout runs on Tebex, the payment platform behind most large Minecraft networks. Card details go to them, never to us.

Typo? We’ll fix it

Bought coins for a misspelled username? Open a ticket with your Tebex receipt and staff will move the balance to the right account.

Support that answers

Every order gets a receipt ID. Post it in #support on Discord and a staff member picks it up, usually same day.

Step 1 · Choose a pack

Coin packs

Every pack is priced off the same base rate. The bar on each card shows how that pack’s value compares to the best rate on the board — nothing hidden, no invented discounts.

Base rate — 750 coins = $5  (150 coins per $1) Best rate on the board — 187.5 coins per $1
Step 2 · Know what you’re buying

What coins actually buy

Coins are only worth what they get you, so here is the full in-game price list before you spend anything. Everything below is bought from the /shop menu once your coins land.

Crate keys

  • Common key150
  • Rare key450
  • Epic key1,100
  • Heartforge key2,400
  • Key bundle ×103,900

Kits

  • Starter kit300
  • Raider kit900
  • Enchanter kit1,400

Cosmetics

Coins never buy an unfair advantage in combat. Nothing on this list increases weapon damage, armour protection, or hearts stolen per kill. Everything purchasable is convenience, cosmetic, or a shortcut to gear you can farm for free.

How delivery works

From payment to coins in three steps

The whole chain is automated. Nothing waits on a staff member being awake.

01 — You

Pick a pack, enter your username

Your Minecraft username is how the server knows where to send coins. Check the spelling — it is case-insensitive but must otherwise match exactly.

02 — Tebex

Pay on Tebex’s secure checkout

You are handed to Tebex to pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. They process it, email your receipt, and confirm back to the server.

03 — Server

Coins credited automatically

The balance is applied to your account within about two minutes. Run /balance in game to see it, then spend from /shop.

Straight answers

Including the parts most stores bury. Read the refund and chargeback answers in particular — they affect your account.

How long until my coins arrive?
Usually about two minutes from the moment Tebex confirms payment. If it has been more than 15 minutes, the delivery queue has stalled — post your Tebex receipt ID in #support and staff will push it through manually. You do not need to be online for coins to be credited.
I typed my username wrong. Can that be fixed?
Yes. Coins are attached to the username you entered at checkout, so a typo sends them to the wrong account (or an account that does not exist). Open a ticket in #support with your Tebex receipt ID and the correct username, and staff will transfer the balance. Do this before spending anything.
Are purchases refundable?
No — coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins are delivered instantly and can be spent immediately, so there is nothing to return once an order completes. The one exception is a failed delivery: if coins never reach your account and staff cannot resolve it, you will be refunded in full. That is the whole policy, stated plainly rather than hidden in a terms page.
What happens if I file a chargeback?
A chargeback permanently bans the Minecraft account and any linked alternates from the network, and Tebex blocks the payment method from future purchases. If something has gone wrong with an order, a support ticket resolves it faster than a bank dispute and does not cost you your account. Please talk to us first.
Do coins expire or reset with the season?
Coins do not expire, and unspent balances carry over into new seasons. Items you have already bought and placed in the world do not carry over — a map reset is a map reset — but your coin balance itself is safe.
Can buying coins get me banned?
No. Buying coins through this store is the only supported way to get them and is entirely legitimate. What does get you banned: buying coins or accounts from third-party resellers, trading coins for real money outside the store, or filing chargebacks.
I’m under 18. Can I buy?
Only with permission from whoever owns the payment method. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before checking out. Purchases made without the cardholder’s consent tend to end in a chargeback, which bans the account — a bad outcome for everyone. Take the thirty seconds to ask.
Does buying coins make me stronger in fights?
No. Nothing sold for coins raises weapon damage, armour protection, or hearts stolen per kill. Coins buy convenience, cosmetics, and shortcuts to gear that any player can farm for free. A player who has never spent a cent can still beat you.
Step 3 · Checkout

Where should the coins go?

Two fields, then you are handed to Tebex to pay. We never see your card.

3–16 characters, letters, numbers and underscores only. This is the account that receives the coins — check the spelling.

Bedrock usernames are matched without the gamertag prefix.

Tebex sends your receipt and order ID here. You need that ID if anything goes wrong.
